Brand & Rebranding

Not every brand needs a full reset. Sometimes it just needs smarter thinking.

Strong brands evolve. Sometimes that means refining an established identity. Other times it means modernizing a brand that has outgrown the visuals behind it. The projects below highlight how thoughtful updates can bring new energy and clarity to existing brands.

Invest In Canada

Working with Invest in Canada meant contributing to the visual evolution of a national brand promoting Canada as a destination for global investment. Within the existing identity system, I developed campaign visuals, refined brand applications, and created adaptable design frameworks that scaled across digital platforms, presentations, and international marketing initiatives. The work strengthened the brand’s ability to communicate Canada’s economic story with clarity, consistency, and a modern visual presence worldwide.

Bloom & Oil

Bloom & Oil already had a beloved logo, but the brand needed structure to support its growth. I developed a comprehensive brand guide that established tone of voice, brand promise, colour palettes, typography rules, and identity usage standards. The result turned a single logo into a complete brand system that could guide marketing, communications, and customer experience.

CBDNerds

CBDNerds had a recognizable identity and a growing digital audience, but the brand lacked clear visual standards. I created a detailed brand guide that defined colour palettes, typography, logo usage, and visual consistency across the platform. This transformed the existing logo into a scalable identity system capable of supporting the brand’s expanding content and marketing.

Odds Shark
Odds Shark had a recognizable identity but needed a visual refresh that better matched its growing digital presence. The work focused on refining the logo, modernizing the website experience, and developing a cohesive visual direction for marketing campaigns and social media. Rather than a full brand rebuild, the goal was a smart evolution that brought clarity, energy, and consistency to the brand.

Eastern Shore Minor Hockey – Mariners Rebrand

After decades with an outdated identity, the Eastern Shore Mariners needed a fresh look that players and families could take pride in. I developed a new clipper ship logo, a custom team typeface, and updated home and away jerseys, along with a complementary “M & Anchor” crest used on the third jersey. The result gave the league a modern identity that honours its heritage while bringing renewed pride to the ice.

From strategic refreshes to full rebrands, every project is about more than just a logo; it’s about creating clarity, cohesion, and confidence. Whether modernizing an existing mark or building a visual framework for campaigns and digital channels, my work ensures that brands not only look current but feel ready to grow, connect, and make an impact.

Good brands don’t always need reinvention.
Sometimes they just need smarter thinking.
